ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed to call for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the impugned order dated 07.04.2026.

2. Upon perusal of the impugned order, the petitioner had filed an interlocutory application to reopen and recall the witness in the enquiry in O.A.Nos.1 of 2022 and 4 of 2023, which were filed under Section 63 of the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowments Act, 1959. The same was rejected on the grounds earlier when the petitioner had filed similar applications and when the matter was reopened thereafter, they did not take steps and once again the matter was proceeded further. Therefore, finding that the application is nothing but a frivolous attempt to drag on the matter, the impugned order has been passed. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. Even before this Court there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view thereof, considering the fact that earlier twice an opportunity has been granted and the petitioner has not availed the opportunity, the impugned order cannot be interfered with. Accordingly, finding no merits, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
