ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the sixth respondent School is collecting excess fee over and above that was fixed by the Fee Fixation Committee.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and it has been found that the allegation made by the writ petitioner is not well founded. Since the Chief Educational Officer, Theni has already enquired into the matter and closed the same no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition.

4. This writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
