This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.9752 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD) No.512 of 2022, dated 16.04.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Tiruppur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 1/3

one month and thereafter, report before the trial Court once in a month, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

2.This Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. However, the reporting police station for a period of one month is modified as ''Tiruppur North Police Station''. The remaining conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.9752 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD) No.512 of 2022, dated 16.04.2025 are intact.
