This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.400 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai. 1/4

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that on the best efforts taken by the Mediator Mr.A.Hajamohideen, the petitioner and the respondent have sorted out their difference of opinion and intended to live together. The respondent is also inclined to withdraw the divorce petition, which is pending before the Sub Court, Madurai, in H.M.O.P.No.400 of 2022.

3. Recording the submissions made on either side, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. The respondent is at liberty to file necessary application before the concerned Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
