2. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.S.Chellapandian learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4.

3. By recording the aforesaid submission on behalf of the petitioner, W.P.(MD).No.13719 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequenly, connected W.M.P.(MD). Nos.10646 & 10647 of 2021 are closed.
