2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

3. Recording the same, the respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Orathanadu Police Station, Thanjavur District, is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
