Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is said to have borrowed money from a number a private individuals. The petitioner has suffered business losses. He has filed an insolvency petition also. He alleges that the respondents are harassing him.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a petition was given by the petitioner herein and the same was registered in C.S.R.No.239 of 2020 and the same was closed. The said submission is recorded.

4.However, it is made clear that if any private individuals give complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police in the event of registering any FIR will put the petitioner on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for anticipatory bail.
