O R D E R

Though this Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a positive direction against the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 24.07.2015 and 17.12.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 4 as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner in the present writ petition and the other circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 24.07.2015 and 17.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
