Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's counsel informs the Court that the petitioner was booked for having sold illegal lottery tickets on many occasions but all those cases ended in acquittal. The petitioner is now said to be eking out his livelihood as a vegetable vendor. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is often summoning him to the station, thereby, ruining his peaceful life.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that hereafter if the respondents want to summon the petitioner, they will issue summon in writing. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioner hereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
