This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the property in a proper manner for valid consideration and the same was also registered. But, the third respondent illegally occupies the petitioner's property. Hence, he preferred the complaint. However, the respondent police has not taken any action.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2023.

4. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2023 and to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
