ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now, charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and 30 witnesses have been examined. 2.The petitioner may approach the concerned Trial Court for appropriate relief even though earlier bail applications have been dismissed by this Court repeatedly.
