CRL MP(MD) No.6362 of 2019 brought to the notice of this Court that A3 herein is arrayed as A2 in S.C.No.288 of 2002, wherein he was convicted and imposed with sentence and the appeal preferred by him has ended in acquittal. 2.The learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal. Heard the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State also.

3.In the light of the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Registry is directed to prepare the typed set of documents and list this appeal for final disposal at an earlier date.
