Seeking to quash the final report in C.C.No.26 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District, the present petition is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the petitioner is absconding, as a result of which, a non bailable warrant was issued by the trial Court and the same is pending from 28.10.2022.
