ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under section 6(4) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 and 7(1 (a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1982 in Crime No.188 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner illegally transported PDS rice. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.11695 of 2022 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the third petition filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioner is having three previous cases pending against him.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier petition.

6. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, the antecedents of the petitioner and also there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
