2. The petitioner applied to the second respondent for restoring recognition to run B.Ed., programme (2nd basic unit) with effect from 2022-23 onwards. The petitioner has given the petition mentioned proposal in this regard.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
