Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.By consent of both the parties, the Writ Appeal is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. 3.Challenging the order, dated 06.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.13756 of 2018, this Writ Appeal has been preferred by the appellants/respondents.

4.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has fairly submitted that there is a vacancy in the fourth appellant/Panchayat and already the respondent/writ petitioner participated in the selection process and therefore, the fourth appellant will provide employment to the respondent/writ petitioner. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also agreed for the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

6.Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
