This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 28.11.2023, within a stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration for admission, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.B.Ramanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, that the appeal dated 28.11.2023 filed by the petitioner was considered and an order was passed by the first respondent on 12.03.2024 vide proceedings bearing C.No.A4/6181120/AP/2023.
3. In the light of the above, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the proceedings of the first respondent dated 12.03.2024, if so advised.
