O R D E R

The petitioner in Arbitration O.P.S.R.No.911 of 2019, on the file of the Principal District Court, Trichirappalli, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking a direction to number the Arbitration O.P.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the Arbitration O.P was presented by the petitioner on 10.04.2019 and the Court has returned the same on the ground that the petitioner has not paid the deficit Court fee on the compensation amount awarded by the District Collector. On several occasions, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner had made an endorsement to the effect that he need not pay the deficit Court fee based upon the compensation awarded by the District Collector.

3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the petitioner would pay the deficit Court fee as directed by the Court in their return dated 15.04.2019. 2/4

4. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to number the Arbitration O.P, on payment of deficit Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
