ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.1442 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the first petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature in Crime Nos.152 of 2019 and 195 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and the second petitioner is having seven previous cases of similar nature in Crime Nos.317, 195, 184, 152, 132 of 2019, 20 of 2018 and 196 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
