Petitioner PRAYER :- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 19 of Family Court Act, to call for the records relating to the complaint in I.A.No.4 of 2021 dated 16.04.2022 in H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Karur, and set aside the same and consequently, allow the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in respect of the petitioner herein. JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2021 dated 16.04.2022 in H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Karur. Now, the Family Court, Karur, has allowed the petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2019. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
