This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take appropriate legal action as well as criminal action as against the second respondent herein on the basis of findings of enquiry report and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that as requested by the petitioner, the first respondent conducted enquiry and charges were framed as against the second respondent and departmental proceedings is pending.
