This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4252 of 2024, dated 18.03.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The respondent police is at liberty to move an application for cancellation of bail.
