PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide charge memo No.4444/A1/2018 dated 19.09.2018 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner vide charge memo No.4444/A1/2018 dated 19.09.2018.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that with the relief sought for in the prayer, though he has made a representation, dated 19.10.2019, before the 1st respondent, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition.

4.Mr.K.Sathya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2019, will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months.

W.P.(MD) No.13820 of 2020 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and in view of the lapse on the part of the respondents on considering the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conclude and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner vide charge memo No.4444/A1/2018 dated 19.09.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
