2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6136 of 2024 is relaxed.
