ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based upon the summons issued by the second respondent, dated 01.06.2022.. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, CSR No.120 of 2022 has been registered and as per the complaint given by the petitioner against the fourth respondent, CSR No.269 of 2022 was registered. The respondent Police after conducting enquiry, closed the CSR Nos.120 & 269 of 2022 on 08.07.2022. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
