2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2020 itself has been disposed of by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Palani, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
