The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents to remove the encroachments made by the encroachers in respect of the drainage in various places in Thuvarankurichi, Ponnampatti Town Panchayat, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirapalli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.07.2016 and remove encroachments, if any, by issuing notice to the encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
