O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to direct the Respondent No.2 to not to harass the Petitioner by inferring with the petitioner's business on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 25.04.2025 in accordance with law. 2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the private party, the respondent police has frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him. In this regard, he has sent a representation and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the private party and apart from that they have not harassed him under the guise of enquiry. However, they will conduct consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment made by the petitioner and the representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent, this Court is hereby directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
