Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to perform of Sri Valli Thirumana Drama to be celebrated on 29.06.2017 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2017 in connection with the Varudabiseka Festival at Arulmighu Mangalipatti Sri Sitthi Vinayagar Temple, Mangalipatti Village, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission to perform Sri Valli Thirumana Drama on 29.06.2017 in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondent. 3.It is represented on the side of the respondent that two groups have given similar representation to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondent is directed to look into both the representations and take appropriate action.
