Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer is for directing the respondents to file the final report.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has already been filed closing the case as mistake of fact. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to issue RCS notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD)No.10814 of 2020 petitioner herein. The respondent is also directed to serve a copy of the RCS notice on the petitioner herein. The petitioner will have the right to file protest petition. The petitioner's rights are left open.
