ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 15.06.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai. He has sent a 1/3

report dated 22.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of H.M.O.P.27 of 2024 within six months to one year. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai, is requested to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2024 within a period of ten(10) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
