ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for his construction work in Survey Nos.450/27 and 450/28 situated at Sevarakottai Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
