Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2023 and consequently, directing the third respondent to cancel the patta No.2083 issued based on previous Patta No.2082 and issue Patta in the name of petitioner as per the Registered Sale Deed Document No.22/1974 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Thuvarankurichy.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2023 and consequently, direct the third respondent to cancel the patta No.2083 issued based on previous Patta No.2082 and issue Patta in the name of petitioner as per the Registered Sale Deed Document No.22/1974 on the file of the SubRegistrar, Thuvarankurichy. 2/5

2. Mr.J.K.Jeyaseelan, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents 1 to 4, would submit that a similar representation, dated 28.02.2023, in respect of same subject matter sent by the petitioner to the Chief Minister Grievance Cell, has already been considered and the same was rejected, by order dated 06.03.2023. He has also produced a copy of the said rejection order.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 06.03.2023 in a manner known to law.
