The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court on 23.06.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8191 of 2021.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy in History Sheet No.714 of 2008. 4.Though this court by an earlier order dated 23.06.2021 has dismissed the anticipatory bail application as against this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10742 of 2021 petitioner who is a history sheeted rowdy, the respondent police has not taken any effective steps to secure the petitioner and therefore, the second application has been filed by the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fact that this petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and there is no change in circumstance in the case to consider the present application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
