This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.512 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the file of learned Principal Family Judge, Trichy. 1/4

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not propose to press this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and want to withdraw the same, as the matter has already been settled between the parties and the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 3.In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
