The petitioner's grievance is that though she had made an application seeking for educational loan to her son for pursuing B.E.Course in Vel Tech High Tech Dr.Rangarajan Dr.Sakunthala Engineering College, Chennai, no action has been taken on her application, which promoted her to file the present writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner makes a valid application through "Vidyalakshmi Portal" and if it is otherwise in order, the same would be considered favourably.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is granted liberty to make online application through "Vidyalakshmi Portal" seeking for educational loan for her son and on receipt of such application, the respondent shall pass favourable orders disbursing the educational https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

loan to the petitioner herein, if the application is otherwise in order. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
