ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to direct Additional District Judge (FTC), Pudukkottai for early disposal of O.S.No.14/2010.

2.The petitioner would aver among other things that the above suit has been filed for specific performance of the agreement of sale dated 10.10.2007 and 16.10.2007. Originally, the said suit was filed in the year 2008 before the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai and it was later transferred to the Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, and renumbered as O.S.No.14/2010 and the same is pending for the past 10 years. During the pendency of the said suit, one Kesavan and Sudha who are defendants 5 and 6 in O.S.No.14/2010 filed separate suit in O.S.No.4/2011 for partition which is pending before the same Court and joint trial has been ordered. Now, both the cases are pending for trial. 3.Considering the year of the suit which is pending almost for the past decade and the fact that joint trial has been ordered to try O.S.Nos.

14/2010 and 4/2011, to meet the ends of justice, the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Pudukkottai, is directed to proceed with the trial in O.S.No.14/2010 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
