ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to expedite the enquiry pending on the file of the second respondent from April, 2024.
2. I have heard Mr.M.K.Viswanath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having succeeded before the competent civil Court, the second respondent is attempting to conduct and reopen the proceedings from scratch. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the second respondent.
4. In the light of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry proceedings, after affording an opportunity to all the parties and also taking into account the decrees of the competent civil Court and keeping the 2/4
adjudication of the disputes before the competent civil Court in mind, the second respondent shall pass final orders on the petitioner's application. The said exercise shall be carried out, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
