ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that during the course of investigation, the first respondent found that the petitioner was not involved in the said occurrence and she was deleted from the array of accused.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
