This Criminal Original petition filed U/s.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioners in connection with the FIR in Crime no. 160 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the very same date of the surrender of the petitioners and consequently to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the very same day itself by disposing the petitioners' bail application.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. B.Ramamoorthi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sivakumar Government Advocate (Criminal Side),for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8467 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by three weeks finally from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
