O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to forbear the official respondents from interfering in the civil dispute that is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and a civil suit is also pending. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs the Court that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same has been registered as C.S.R. Therefore, the first and second respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register an FIR against the petitioner, then the petitioner will be put on notice so that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
