JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, after some arguments, has made a submission that in view of the remand order that has been made by the learned Single Judge through the impugned order dated 08.12.2023, that order would be complied with. However, at the time of complying with the order, rule position would be taken into account and accordingly, orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Appeal is dismissed by giving liberty to the appellant Department to pass a fresh order on merits and in accordance with law,
