ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.54 of 2021 dated 02.02.2021 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant. Based upon his complaint, a case in Crime No.54 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 427, 506(ii) and 379 IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after lapse of seven months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is completed and final report is made ready and they will present the final report before the concerned court within a period of one month.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file a find report within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
