This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23336 of 2023 and modified on 15.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
