ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey and demarcate the property purchased by her in Survey No.100/5C2 situated at Pidaramangalam Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District, by considering her online application vide Challan No.20250402013857, dated 02.04.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, she purchased 1 acre of land in the above mentioned survey number under a registered sale deed dated 09.12.2010 from one Ponnusamy. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an
online application vide Challan No.20250402013857, dated 02.04.2025, seeking survey and demarcation of the said land. The same has not been considered by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not paid proper charges for the survey and demarcation of the property purchased by her. Therefore, the same has not been processed.
5. The E-challen issued to the petitioner is included in the typed set of papers. A perusal of the same would indicate that the petitioner paid Rs.400/- vide Challan No.20250402013857. If the amount paid by the petitioner is not correct, it is for the first respondent to issue notice to the petitioner calling upon her to pay the balance amount, if any, within a period of two weeks. If any such notice is issued by the first respondent, the petitioner shall remit the amount as demanded by the first respondent within a further period of two weeks. Once the entire amount has been paid by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the request of
the petitioner for survey and demarcation of the above said land and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
