Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is harassing her and doing katta panchayat. It appears that the petitioner has given the complaint against the third respondent. No complaint has been received from the third respondent against the petitioner. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will withdraw the complaint and work out her rights before the jurisdictional civil court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10797 of 2020 3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner through the petitioner's counsel, the first and second respondents are restrained from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.
