Heard Mr.B.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the impugned order of the second respondent in Pa.Aa.63/2022 dated 30.05.2022 and to direct the second respondent to retain her at the Office of Deputy Director / Wildlife Warden, Ambasamudram Division.

3. Mr.B.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the transfer order dated 30.05.2022, the petitioner has been transferred from Ambasamudram 2/5

Division to Tirunelveli Division even before the completion of three years period in her present station at Ambasamudram.

4. It is learnt that this Court vide order dated 27.06.2022 had granted interim stay as far as the petitioner is concerned and in view of the stay order, the petitioner continues to work at Ambasamudram Division.

5. Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that one another person has been transferred and posted to Tirunelveli Division where the petitioner was transferred once.

In view of the fact that another person has already joined in the post at Tirunelveli Division where the petitioner was transferred once, the petitioner, now, shall be allowed to continue in Ambasamudram Division itself up to the maximum period of three years as prescribed in the relevant Rules.

7. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
