J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The Writ Appeal has been filed by the appellant/writ petitioner challenging the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD) No.24066 of 2018, dated 09.07.2021, by which, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the Writ Petition filed by the appellant challenging the appointment of the 4th respondent as Mini Anganwadi Worker at South Marandai Mini Anganwadi Centre, Kalayarkoil Taluk, Sivagangai District, by the 1st respondent. 2.

Mr.I.Pinayagash, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Mohan, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

Though the appellant has challenged the order of the learned Single Judge, dismissing the Writ Petition filed by the appellant challenging the appointment of the 4th respondent, now, 2/4

the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that without touching the appointment made for the 4th respondent, the appellant confines her prayer only to consider her representation dated 13.07.2021, sympathetically for appointment in any one of the Mini Anganwadi Centre, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that such representation would be considered by the 1st respondent in accordance with law, within eight weeks. 4.

Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the appellant dated 13.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the appellant within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
