Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.794 of 2020.

3.It is seen that the said case was registered only as recently as on 23.09.2020. Therefore, it is too early for the petitioner to knock the doors of this Court. It is also seen that apart from offence under Section SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, IPC offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11115 of 2020 are only under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii). Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to move this Court again, if need be, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected M.P., is closed.
