This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017 forwarded by the second respondent vide the proceedings in Letter No.1434/E2/2014 dated 15.05.2017.

2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:

2.a. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017 and pass appropriate order on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
